FOR ONLINE ORDERS PURCHASED via [Credit/Debit Cards/Paypal/Apple Pay] as PAYMENT METHOD
Product(s) can be returned ONLY to our warehouse. Return & refund to physical stores will NOT be accepted. Return shipping cost is paid by the buyer. Merchandise purchased on shop.redwoodparksconservancy.org/ must be returned within 30 days of the order date found on the invoice.
Merchandise will only be accepted in its original condition (new, unused, and unwashed) with tags attached. Packaged items may be returned even after the package has been opened; however, tags must still be attached to the item.Innerwear cannot be exchanged or returned due to our strict hygiene policy.Items marked Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged. Please be sure to include your return form in your return package. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.
* Please allow up to 5 business days from when we receive the items in our warehouse for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.
* Any items that do not meet our guidelines for a return, or returned without a return slip, will be sent back to the customer.
Redwood Parks Conservancy is not responsible for stolen or missing packages.
We take great care in handling all packages we fulfill. However, once a package leaves our office, it is out of our control. If a package is stolen or missing, we recommend that the recipient contact the shipping carrier that they used. The shipping carrier may be able to help track down the package or file a claim for reimbursement.
